Vibrations of Victory, its practitioners, and employees (hence referred to collectively as 'Victoria Duplechain') maintains the right, even after full payment has been received, to deny to work with any person. In the event that Victoria Duplechain is unable to work with any client, a full refund for the session only will be issued.

Victoria Duplechain does not guarantee that any of the suggestions/advice given will bring about any specific results. Victoria Duplechain will not be held responsible for any bodily injury obtained as a result of advice given by Victoria Duplechain. Victoria Duplechain does not guarantee any results and will not be held responsible for results not received as a result of the session.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. If cancellation is not made within 24 hours of the appointment Victoria Duplechain maintains the right to not issue a refund.

All client information and records will be safeguarded by Vibrations of Victory. Any information provided will be kept confidential.

Vibrations of Victory holds the right to refuse any session if a client is abusive towards any practitioner or demonstrates inappropriate, aggressive, or sexual behavior. Such behavior may result in a partial or total ban from future appointments with Victoria Duplechain and may also result in criminal proceedings.

Client shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Victoria Duplechain from any and all losses, costs, claims, suits, expenses, damages and awards, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, for defending such actions in connection with any claim or lawsuit brought against Indemnities by a third party resulting from the acts or omissions of Client
